Our Partnership with The Frick
Propel's Schools' partnership with The Frick Pittsburgh exemplifies the added value that community-based organizations can provide. For more than a decade, this collaboration has enriched the lives of Propel scholars by providing them with unique, hands-on learning experiences that extend beyond the classroom walls. These experiences expose scholars to art, history, and culture, fostering a deeper appreciation for the arts and broadening their horizons. This partnership aligns with Propel's mission of transforming public education.

Academics & Unique Programs
In our classes, scholars focus on demonstrating mastery of learning targets—the specific skills and content based on PA State and Common Core standards. Our teachers design instruction to ensure this mastery, meaning we know exactly what every scholar knows and can do.
